The inHarmony vibroacoustic table has completely changed the way I experience meditation. Instead of struggling to drop in, I feel my whole body soften and my mind quiet within minutes. It takes meditation to the next level in a way that’s hard to describe until you’ve tried it.
I usually plan on doing just one session… and then find myself coming back for another as soon as I can. It’s become the perfect reset between school, work, and everyday stress—helping me transition from “go mode” into a calmer, more grounded state.
