How do I clean it?

Our inHarmony products be cleaned with a mild cleanser, essential oils, or mild soap and water. We always recommend testing a small patch of vinyl with a new cleanser.

Setup is easy for all of inHarmony products. Find our setup and unboxing videos below or our "Get Started" page is linked in our "Support" menu above.     New to meditation

    For some one who is new to meditation, the sound lounge 1 bed has been so helpful. In the morning I give myself a little time to rest and relax and set my morning intentions. Which direction do I want to go today? The music that pairs with the lounge just makes it effortless. At night before bed, I give myself time to relax, set a positive attitude and allow myself to be grateful. Grateful for some “me time” grateful for a good nights rest, grateful for my struggles and the lessons I will learn. The inharmony sound lounge 1 has been a wonderful addition to my journey of allowing myself to be grounded, to be myself, to settle and quiet the mind. I’m so grateful to Craig and his team.

    I also want to add, if you’re not tech savvy, such as myself, the set up is very easy. I was making it out to be more complicated. The box plugs into the wall from the back. Another plug, plugs into the bed and to the front of the box. And then you plug in your headphones. The bed has curves for the body. I do have a bolster type pillow for under my legs. And another for under my head. It’s a little more comfortable. A light blanket and get comfortable.
