This is such an amazing sound bed. I ordered this one after waiting over a year for an Opus bed from a competitor, which never arrived. I finally decided to cancel that order and research some other options. That's when I found inHarmony. The bed arrived in days! We set it up right away (set up took just a couple minutes) and used it the day it arrived. I have a whoop wearable and within 1 minute of being on the soundbed my whoop registered a big drop in my heart rate that lasted the entire session. It was so calming. Not only did it help me in feeling relaxed, but I noticed I was more at peace and more focused with my work the rest of the day. Highly recommend this bed!

I should note that I purchased this for my home and personal use and I'm not a professional massage therapist or any type of health practitioner, so I have no plans to use this for an office/business. But I have already had family and friends that are coming over to use it as well. We all love it.

I have had my SL1 for about 3 weeks now and I am super excited to work with it! Originally I purchased it to install in my business, however upon it's arrival I can't bring myself to remove it from my home!

The vibration is more powerful than I expected, and the experience a lot different. I had the expectation that it was going to melt me into the bed into a state of complete relaxation, but my initial experience was that I actually felt more activated, anxious even. I went back and reviewed the instructions (I had started off by just picking a random session from the app) and realized that the progression of which frequency you use is actually quite important. Starting low, then moving higher progressively over several sessions. This made a huge difference in how my system felt.

The InHarmony app has a ton of programs to choose from, and I had browsed and listened a little before my SL1 arrived. I didn't feel too inspired to keep listening on my own, but once my SL1 arrived all I can say is WOW! When using the SL, I don't think I would listen to anything besides the In Harmony App music, it really is made for it and completes the whole experience.

I am very excited about using this technology to help me regulate my nervous system...since some frequencies appear to have an activation response in my system, my intension is to work through various programs, lengths, and intensity while incorporating breathwork to bring my system back to regulation.
