Our Story
The Story Behind inHarmony
inHarmony was born from a shared passion for helping people unlock their highest potential through sound, light, frequency, and music. Founders Dominic and Craig each embarked on their own wellness journeys, paths that led them to discover the profound impact of mindfulness, meditation, and vibrational therapy.
For Dominic, his journey began when a loved one was living with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD). Driven to find a gentle and effective path to relief, he immersed himself in holistic wellness practices. He became a student of mindfulness, earning a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
Craig’s journey started from a different place but led to a similar realization. When his wife developed unexplained health issues, they spent years searching for answers—only to discover that gluten was the cause. This revelation ignited Craig’s curiosity about the mind-body connection, leading him to explore alternative wellness practices. He and his wife began traveling, selling jewelry, educating others on essential oils and how to live a healthy life. Through these events, Craig was introduced and drawn to the world of sound Therapy. Always searching for ways to deepen his meditation practice, he had a life-changing experience with a Sound Lounge in 2016—proving that relaxation and mindfulness didn’t have to be difficult.
Dom and Craig’s paths crossed in 2012, and their friendship quickly grew into a partnership. In 2016, they joined forces to create inHarmony, blending cutting-edge technology with ancient wellness practices to make meditation and relaxation more accessible, effortless, and enjoyable.
Today, inHarmony stands at the intersection of curiosity, innovation, and inspiration. Through our one-of-a-kind technology, proprietary inHarmony Music Meditations, and commitment to science and research, we are redefining what’s possible in relaxation and well-being. Sara Marsden - Operations
From a young age, she found joy in helping others — organizing family events, assisting with creative projects, and supporting adults in their day-to-day work. That instinct grew into a passion for administration, operations, and creating environments where people feel supported and capable.
She believes small actions — a smile, a thoughtful gesture, a moment of kindness — can transform someone’s day. For her, administration is about more than efficiency; it’s about teamwork, harmony, and building the foundation that allows others to shine. She brings cheerfulness, accountability, and genuine care to every project.
Her path has been shaped by the clients, mentors, and teammates who taught her the skills she carries today: administration, logistics, HR, automation, AI, and project management. She especially loves designing systems and automations that make work smoother and more empowering.
At inHarmony, she’s inspired by a mission and a team that lead with heart. Contributing to work rooted in sound, vibration, and mindfulness is an honor, and she hopes her support helps others feel grounded and seen.
Outside of work, she finds joy in her dogs, the beach, DIY projects, reading, meditation, and staying active. At her core, she is someone who loves to help — and believes that with the right support, every person and every team can flourish.
