To decide which product is right for you, please consider how you are going to use our technology. The inHarmony Sound Lounge is our flagship product; designed as a stand alone modality. The inHarmony Practitioner 2 and inHarmony Massage Table are both designed to augment body work, massage therapy, chiropractic or any modality with which you would like a flat surface. The inHarmony Meditation Cushion is built specifically for Mindfulness and Meditation.
Can I use the Sound Lounge for professional therapy sessions?

What is the difference between the Massage Table and Practitioner 2?

What do I need to setup and troubleshoot my inHarmony products?
Right on the product page you'll find easy to follow videos showing you exactly how to set up each product. Additional resources are offered in our "Get Started" guide linked in the "Support" menu above, the footer and through a QR code sent with each device. To round it out, we're pretty much available day or night, week day or weekend to help you get set up. Really, when your'e using our tech, we want to be available. We're excited to work with you.
I need help troubleshooting my inHarmony product.

My inHarmony device isn't turning on. What should I do?
Please check the power cable connection and make sure the device is properly plugged in. If the issue persists, try using a different power outlet. If you're still experiencing issues, please email support@iaminharmony.com with a video or photos so we can assist you further.
How do I update my inHarmony product software?
Software updates are automatically pushed to the inHarmony Music Meditations App. For firmware updates on inHarmony devices, please visit our "Support" section or contact our team for guidance.

Anywhere in the world from Vista, CA. We quote real time shipping rates through our website. If you're country or destination is not coming up, please send us an email with your shipping address and we will send you a quote. support@iaminharmony.com. Can I make an international order?

How long does shipping take?

Returns & Guarantees
Do you offer a guarantee/return policy?
We have a 30 day return policy, no questions asked. We stand behind our product and we do not want anyone to have our technology that does not love it and find value in it. We do not get many returns. Due to the cost of shipping, we do ask our clients to cover the return shipping to our warehouse. We do waive this in select scenarios. We'd love to hear from you.
