Built to Last. Easy to Return.

Our warranty and our return policy, in plain language.

Most companies write these documents hoping you never read them. We’d rather you read this page first, understand why we made the choices we did, and then go read the fine print knowing what you’re looking at.

There are conditions attached to all three, and they’re spelled out in the documents themselves. Nothing here replaces what’s written there — this page just explains why.

Why we cover the amplifier and transducers for life

These are the components that turn sound into vibration you can feel. They’re the parts we engineer most carefully, source most selectively, and test the longest.

They’re also the parts we’d be most embarrassed to have fail.

Covering them for the life of the original owner isn’t a promotion, and it isn’t generosity. It’s the most direct way we know to say that we trust our own work. If we’re wrong about that, the cost lands on us — which is exactly where it belongs.

Why you get a hundred days

If you’ve already had a session — at an expo, at a wellness center, in a friend’s living room — you know the impression this technology can make. Ten minutes is often all it takes for someone to start working out how to get one of their own. We’re not going to pretend that experience told you nothing. It told you plenty. It’s how most of us ended up here.

What a single session can’t show you is what this becomes once it’s yours. Every morning, or twice a day. On the mornings you’re rushing and use it anyway. On a hard night. With your clients, week after week, in your own space. That’s a different kind of knowing, and no demo is long enough to hand it to you.

And for a lot of people, there’s nowhere nearby to go back to.

So the window is a hundred days. Long enough to live with it in your home or your office and use it the way you’d actually use it. We do ask that you use it during that time, and the specifics are in the return policy. Everyone here remembers their first session, and they keep getting better. We’d like you to have that for yourself so you’re absolutely certain in your decision.

We want you to experience our technology

Most return policies quietly punish you for opening the box. Ours doesn’t work that way.

Take it out. Put it in the room where it will actually live. Use it after a hard day, use it when you’re skeptical, use it when you’re too tired to want to. That’s the only way you’ll know.

Using something you’re still deciding on will never cost you the right to send it back. The condition of the return is covered in the policy, and there is potential for a restocking fee depending on the condition it comes back in. We would genuinely rather have it back with signs of use than have it come back sealed.

There is one line, and it’s about the next person rather than about you. If a product comes back with significant staining, burns, smoke exposure, or pet damage, we can’t resell it and we won’t pass it to anyone else — so we return it to you at our expense rather than refund it. That outcome is rare, and the guidance below is written so you never meet it.

Keep the packaging

Open the box carefully enough that it survives, and hold onto the foam and inserts — anything that comes back to us has to travel the way it arrived, and damage from inadequate packing on the return trip is assessed like any other condition.

Worth thirty seconds: take a video on your phone while you unbox it. If you ever need to pack it up again, you’ll know exactly how everything went together.

While it’s still deciding whether to stay

While you’re making up your mind, treat it as though it isn’t quite yours yet. Keep a sheet over it. Keep pets out of the room. Keep food, drinks, oils, and lotions away from it.

None of this is about suspicion. It’s about the next person. If it comes back to us and someone else can love it, that’s a good outcome for everybody.

You’ll be talking to people

We’re not a large company, and we’ve never wanted to be the kind that makes you prove yourself to a queue.

Our team is officially available 9am–6pm PST. Human Craig has been known to answer the phone at hours that suggest he doesn’t sleep. We’re not entirely sure how he does it. Please call anyway.

We made it, so we’ll fix it

Our headphones, cables, eye masks, eye pillows, and carrying bags are ours. We designed them and we manufacture them.

That means there’s no third-party warranty card to hunt for, no manufacturer’s support line to sit on hold with, and no being sent back and forth between two companies who each think it’s the other’s problem. If something’s wrong, you call us. Chasing it down is our work, not yours.

And if it isn’t right

Sometimes it isn’t. That happens, and it’s genuinely okay.

If you get to the end of your window and the answer is no, we’ll take it back, and we’ll thank you. You gave this an honest try, and there’s no version of that we’re unhappy about.

We’d ask that you tell us why. Sometimes that conversation turns something up — a setting, a session you hadn’t tried, something we should have explained better on day one — and the answer changes. It happens often enough that we’d feel careless not to ask. And when it doesn’t change anything, we take it back with thanks and we keep what you told us. The reasons people give us are the best thing we get, and they’ve changed how we build.
