How often will I be asked to complete a questionnaire?
You’ll complete an initial questionnaire when you sign up, and we’ll follow up with you every 6 months to capture your ongoing feedback and any changes in both your and your clients’ experiences.
How long does it take to complete the questionnaires?
Each questionnaire only takes a few minutes to complete, so you can easily participate without interrupting your busy schedule.
