This is the InHarmony podcast. Real conversations with the people living and working with our technology. How it's changing their days, their families, their practices, and their communities.

Hosted by our co-founder, Craig Goldberg. And we're back. Thank you so much.

I'm here with a longtime friend and InHarmony lover, I suppose we can call you. Josh Perelson, welcome to the podcast. Honored to have you, brother.

How are you? Thanks so much. I'm doing great. How are you? Fantastic.

So take me back to what was happening in your life and what was happening just before you found InHarmony and made the decision to, what were you looking for? What was going on then? I know it was a little while ago, but what was going on then? Yeah, it must've been 15 plus, 10, 15 years ago. No, you think it was that long? We've only been making this tech for 10 years. I think I will look up your order.

I think, it feels like that long, right? Maybe, yes. It's been a, look, and you've had a lot of life, right? Van life, right? I mean, you've had a bunch of different lives that you lived since then. But take me back to, totally, absolutely.

So take me back to what was going on in your world before you found InHarmony, regardless of how long it was. Sure, sure, sure, yeah. So yeah, I mean, I was searching for things, searching for answers, searching for clarity, searching for calmness and just settling in life.

And I had done some Tony Robbins things and I was first time kind of staff on a Tony Robbins event in Los Angeles. And that's where I met you. And you had brought this wonderful thing and I was like very curious about it and kind of the backstage area and asked if I could try it.

And I got on it and when I was on it, I saw the most amazing visuals. Like I saw this amazing redwood tree and it was the most like brilliant thing that I saw. And I looked down and I saw this most crystal clear Babylon brook.

And then all of a sudden I was flying over the mountaintops and the trees. And then I got off this and I was like, what is this thing? And you're like, yeah, right. And I was like, I need this in my life.

And I saved up some money over the next few months and I got it and I've used it consistently for the last however many years it's been. It's been at least eight, by the way, just to put a number on it. Okay, yes.

Yeah, that sounds about right. And I've been using it and sharing it ever since. It's really helped me through, like I went through a lot of spiritual growth and the dark night of the soul and all of that opening up and releasing and really utilize that for a lot of meditation and being with myself and with my thoughts and releasing things.

And it's been so helpful. And I love now sharing it with other people and having other people have incredible experiences as well. And yeah, it's been quite remarkable.

It's been a big piece of my life for the last eight plus years. I absolutely love that. So that was 2018 that we did Tony Robbins, that we created that event.

And we're now in 2026 as we're recording this. So eight full years for sure. You purchased a Holistic Health Science.

It was actually our previous company. It wasn't even this version of InHarmony that you purchased. So you've had your practitioner for a very long time.

We'll get into sessions and what that looks like. And you've already shared a little bit about who you share it with, but you've done something very unique, which is van life for how long were you in the van? Three years. Yeah, a little over three years.

And so talk a little bit about using it. I've got pictures of you on the beach in parks. You probably use this in as many mobile places as I have living full-time in the RV, which is where I was when I met you at the time.

So talk a little bit about the uniqueness of van life and maybe your setup and how many different places you've used it. Talk a little bit about those things and the way you've applied the technology and adapted it. Sure, so yeah, when I was getting into van life, I'm not the handiest person.

I had somebody build out a van for me. And one of the conditions for that van builder is I need four feet of space and whatever, 18 inches wide to be able to fit this in the back of the van. He's like, you know, space is very premium in a van.

And I was like, this is the must. I need this to be able to travel with this. He's like, you sure? I was like, yes.

And designed the van around that and was able to take it everywhere from the first nomadic community festival. I brought it out and started sharing it with people. And it was my way to connect with people and share something that was a little bit unique or very unique.

And I did it in Oregon to Baja to all over the country. And anytime that I could bring it out and share it with people, I didn't think it's been a really rewarding thing for me when they see different insights to people that have mental challenges where things like that don't usually kind of connect and have them settle down and have a different experience of life than the rat race that they go through in life. What a fantastic tool.

I've done tens of thousands of sessions myself, right? Just like we met at Tony Robbins. Everywhere I went, I would take it with me. Everywhere I would go, I would set up.

And on a regular and consistent basis, the people that I needed to meet at that event, in that instance, whatever I was doing, I had this beautiful gift to share. And like a gnat to a light, it would attract the people that I needed to meet to have conversations, that were looking for transformation. And we're doing that.

And I love the pictures and the photos of it on the beach and in these different parks. And I was looking back at some of our pictures yesterday as I was prepping for this. And I was looking through our text thread, which I keep forever.

And it's so inspiring to me to see the impact that Dom and I look to have with this technology through you and many of our affiliates. But you in particular have taken this to more places via van life and given it more accessibility, I think, than most of our affiliates. And you've inspired others along the way to do the very same thing.

Walk me through what a session actually looks like for you. Not necessarily when you're sharing it with others, but you mentioned Dark Night of the Soul and all of this spiritual growth that you were doing. But what does a session look like for you, our app, our music meditations, and the experience that you've found over the years? Yeah, it's a multiple of different types of sessions.

So there's the meditative types of sessions where feeling the vibrations and being with myself and my breath really allows me to be with myself in a unique way. Because it's rare that we get to be closed off from the world, from our eye senses with the eye pillow and the headphones on, and just being with yourself and being with myself has been something that has been invaluable to see things in a different light, to see a perspective from something that I haven't thought of before. And to have those different ahas have really helped me get through some really tough times.

And then the other side of the fence is the super fun part of it. Cause it's not only the meditative types of apps or songs, there's a Katy Perry song that bumps on this. And it's the reactions that I get from myself.

It's like, whoa, like just like the vibrations and it's just coming through me and just like I'm dancing on the bed and I'm like doing all the things. And like that, like me and my friends used to do it before we went out for a night. Like we would get all this energy and like after I'm just like, let's go.

It's so much fun. And like just have a cool, unique experience and just be able to do that. And it's, yeah, there's all the different ranges of things from doing it to having like a little smoke here and then going to different dimensions and doing all the things.

It's like, there's so many different applications that I get to use it for that it stimulates my life in a way that everyday life doesn't. Oh my goodness. I absolutely love that.

All right. If someone were in your same seat, six months before you bought it and they're thinking about and contemplating, should I work within Harmony? Should I work with a competitor? Is this something that I need in my life? What word would you have for them as far as advice or guidance or an experience share on your experience with InHarmony? Do it. Don't second guess yourself.

It's all the people that I've met through InHarmony are like the beautiful, wonderful people, same type of people that I met on the road, like shirt off their back, like they're in it to see you expand and you be in different spaces and to share this thing that they know that they've had such incredible success and different experiences with. Do it. Just, yeah.

Every time that I've shared it and I've used it, it's been something where it's like, I'm so glad that I took that leap to do it. And that's been in the last eight years or so, eight to 10 years, that's been a constant, more constant thing in my life is taking that leap from that from the first day to spending that money. It was a good, considerable chunk of change at the time.

And from doing van life to take the leap, like life and time is short. And if you have an opportunity to do something that's different than the normal everyday thing, do it. It's beautiful, Josh.

Thank you for taking a few moments with me. Thank you for sharing. Thank you for being an affiliate and sharing our products and company and everything in your world.

I am so grateful and please stick around. I'm gonna end the recording, but anything you wanna close with? Yeah, I'm actually having a birthday at the end of this week and part of the birthday is sharing that. Like I have a whole little back house where people are gonna have their own experience.

I'm gonna close it off to the rest of the party. People are gonna be able to have their own experience here. And it's just one more way to keep sharing this amazing technology.

So beautiful. So wonderful. Happy birthday.

So grateful. I hope you have a spectacular day and thank you all for watching. Thanks for spending time with us on the InHarmony podcast.
