This is the InHarmony podcast. Real conversations with the people living and working with our technology. How it's changing their days, their families, their practices, and their communities.
Hosted by our co-founder, Craig Goldberg. All right is right. Yeah.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is my honor to introduce you to Louis Pantcoast and Next Level Healthcare. Conversation's gonna go. I just know that Louis and I have had conversations some late at night, some in skiffs, or some should have been in skiffs.
And I love his family. I've been in his home. He has hosted me in Denton, just outside of Dallas.
I've hosted him here in Las Vegas. We've done events together. Louis, what I love about this conversation is that you have fully embraced our technology and we have watched you grow.
And you are stacking our technology as a pioneer in using InHarmony Vibroacoustic Tech along with Red Light. You're gonna get into all of it and I'm excited to talk about it. But I have watched you grow from a 200 square foot office to now over a thousand square feet.
Like we're just under 1500 right now, so. You've gone from one sound lounge and one setup to five and I just absolutely love it. So let's start with this.
Take me back to what was happening in your life right before you brought InHarmony and all of these other modalities into your life. And you can go as deep into this as you want. I know some of the story and I'm excited for it to be fleeced out and shared with our community.
So take me back to what was happening in your life where you practiced before InHarmony and what you were searching for and what we were able to solve for you and provide for you. Yeah, no. So listen, it's really quite a testimony.
And so I was struggling with a lot of health issues and I'll try to be mindful of how I word things, but I had a lot of health issues going on. And a lot of it was epigenetics, environmental behavior factors that were affecting my gene expression. And so I was going to Texas Oncology every month, getting treatments and was told that if I continued treatments that I would outlive what I had going on.
And then if I didn't, I had three years estimate. And so that was pretty harsh sitting there with a, at the time, a six, seven-year-old son. And I'd had some other issues and strokes and horrible football injuries and a spinal cord injury and different things.
And so my wife thought I was going crazy. I'd come home from one of the treatments and I was like, you know what? I'm done with this. I'm going to take molecular and cellular biology at Harvard.
And she went, what? What, like, did they give you the wrong medicine? What are you talking about? I'm like, no, I've had a background in sports and lots of injuries and kinesiology and different things. So I know a little bit about the body, but I never went that deep with it. And so in any event, something had kind of thrown me into that, the cell tissue organ bodily system and just how that whole process works.
So it all started with, well, cells build upon cells to make the tissues. The tissues make the organs and the organs form the bodily systems. So the question I asked myself was, is, so if there's something wrong with my bodily system, then there's something wrong at the cellular level.
So I took this course and I was about six months in and literally the light bulb just came on that I had interference. I was in a state of my terrain was acidic. The polarity was reversed and I was out of tune.
I started getting into the oscillation and how the blood flows and biologically active frequencies and how one of the examples was, is my liver and your liver and my wife's liver and your wife's liver and anybody watching this in a healthy state, our livers look the same. They may be different sizes and densities, but my heart, my lungs, my liver, all of our organs look the same in a healthy state. And so when the course got into biomorphing, I realized that the same frequencies that made my liver were the same frequencies that biomorphed everybody else's liver.
And so I just went on a deep dive of making lifestyle changes and eliminating any type of environmental toxins that I could. And we actually started at this at the house. And at first we were just doing some PEMF and some red light and a completely different vibroacoustic system.
It was just a smaller version. And then we came across the band and we had started our company, started the business first under Next Level Sound Therapy in that small office. And it was a little rough to begin with trying to, I guess, sell the concept or introduce the idea.
A lot of people, it was hard. But when I came across the Sound Lounge Ones and we put that bed in there and we kind of started off right away. Obviously we know the benefits of the bed by itself.
It is literally the foundation of what we do here. And so we started stacking the vibroacoustics, which is mechanotransduction. And I realized that the bed was converting mechanical force into electrical impulses, right? Mechano reset.
Well, when that system is charged like that, yes, listen, those things are amazing. I call it the complexity of the simplicity. And so treating myself, we stimulated the body through vibroacoustics.
And then we love the low intensity PEMF layered in on top of that. And so, and then here comes the red light as everything's aspirating and moving and breathing, it opens up the cells for that red light to penetrate really all the way through the body. You know, we heated up a few beds, so we know it goes all the way through the bed down to the floor.
Yeah, we do. It's been a fun process and we'll talk about it. Yeah, yeah.
But I got rid of, listen, all my health problems went away. I went back, got my labs done. They said, hey, your red blood cells are back to normal.
What are you doing? And I was like, look, I'm treating this cell. I'm working on voltage. I'm working on charge.
And I'm working on removing the kinks in the line that are causing the loss of charge. And the power of this, the Sound Lounge was just, I mean, it was game changing. And so our clients are coming back in and now we have the bed there, the Sound Lounge there.
And we just saw results right away. Nervous system regulation, inflammation, better mobility, better cognitive. People were just like, wow, this is amazing.
And so, and then we started layering in oxygen, give a little gas to the tank and started grounding people at the same time during the session to discharge that static that they build up throughout the day. And so we started discharging, grounding them with the grounding strap on the bed, giving them oxygen and then running specific frequencies to trigger specific physiological and neurological responses in the body. And so we feel like we're the next wave of healthcare, which is helping people care for their health.
And so we don't claim to be medical. We don't diagnose and prescribe. We just teach people from that terrain aspect, that cellular level, that symptoms are just broken signals.
That's all they are. Symptoms are broken signals. You speak so eloquent about this though.
And I've told you, I love your social media. I love what you're doing on Instagram. I comment, I like it.
I want it in my feed. You speak so eloquently of terrain theory versus germ theory and your knowledge and expertise in a molecular level, understanding how cells communicate and how to feed the cell what it needs to perform the way it wants to perform beautifully, eloquently and maintaining itself. We speak obviously the same language.
Walk me through, you already started to talk about it a little bit, but I think there's even a couple other, are you still working with methylene blue? Are you still working with- Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. We do some methylene blue. We do the peptides.
And so kind of we run different protocols for different people. And so obviously, well, one of the main protocols is that I teach people is epigenetics. It's changing that gene expression.
People come in all the time and they go, well, this is genetic and this is genetic. And you've probably watched Gary Breckin and all them and they've mapped the whole entire genome. There isn't any genetics or genes that anybody can identify.
Not only that, but I studied nutrigenomics, which is the merging of nutrition and genetics, epigenetics and obviously genetics as well. So I'm very well-versed. I know when you speak about this, I know exactly what you're talking about.
And it's how it works. Yeah, so we started teaching people that basically what you repeatedly put in and on your body and what you repeatedly think shapes your biology. It's about inputs.
Yes, it's about inputs. So we coach them through setting intention while they're on the bed. And then we just teach them about fasting.
We'll put them on a little bit of a fasting protocol, put them into ketosis to create some neuroplasticity. And then that's your timing window to introduce your nutrients or your peptide because peptides only work when they bind to the right receptor. They don't just work when you put them in the body and they get wet.
It's actually a charge that establishes that peptide and that bonding that takes place. And so we time the sessions with methylene blue. Some time it with their NAD.
We time it all the time with the glutathione just from an aspect of the mechanical force. Whoom, whoom, it distributes and absorbs, distributes and absorbs. So we have people take their methylene blue, their hydrogen water, their tissue salts, all their supplements and peptides, and they time their week, whatever they're taking, they time it with their session.
And they'll come in a little bit of ketosis and then we'll give them the tissue salts, hydrogen water. They'll take their peptides and they'll go into the session. And we don't, as you see, we don't have testimonies.
I'm not that guy that goes around, you've mentioned it before. I'm not that guy that throws this out there and goes, well, look what we do. But we have amazing results and I share them with you, but I'm just not the one to go out there and wave the flag and go, look what we did.
Because the reality is, is ultimately it goes back on the client. It's what they did. You know, they had the courage to come in and finally take control of, and we didn't cure anybody.
We, all we did was put the body in the right environment for it to heal itself. And I think that's the key. It's the same conversation that I have all the time.
People are like, well, what's the sound and the frequency doing? All it's doing is sending a message, telling the body to relax, putting it in maintenance mode. And obviously all the other things that you're doing, right? We have the red light, near infrared, you got high, you have oxygen therapy. We're about to roll out.
I'll announce this now because it's already in my warehouse. Hydrogen inhalation is coming out here from InHarmony shortly. And it's because of this stack of these modalities that you can do at the same time to impact the cellular communication, to allow the body to perform at its peak state.
And when your cells operate at their peak state, you being a sum of the parts of your body perform at a peak state. And it's that simple. Most of us are, the word that's coming to mind is strangling the body's ability to perform the way it wants to perform.
And what you continually do, if you're not giving the body what it needs by way of cellular communication, nutrients, vitamins, minerals, if you're not allowing it to rest and relax, over time, you're gonna develop chronic ailments, chronic issues. It's just that simple. And as soon as you relax the body, it begins to perform the way it wants to perform and it was so beautifully designed to perform.
That whole nervous system thing, like I didn't realize, I thought I was calm, cool and collected for years. And just because I went to sleep and I thought I slept okay, and the things just weren't healing. And then I realized that I was in a, what was the word? A systemic sympathetic state.
My nervous system was just- Sympathetic dominance. Yeah. Dominance.
And so I literally remember the first couple of times being on the Sal Lounge that I experienced a shift in sympathetic to parasympathetic. And it was profound. I was like, that's rest and digest.
And that's when things started to feel better. I was like, wait a minute, I've been sleeping, I'm out of a sympathetic state. And so then I obviously the beds, the lounges are foundational and just reminding you and training you how to regulate your nervous.
Sometimes we need a little help. And so that mechanical force helps me relax and I can set my intention and remind myself that I am in control of how I respond. You've had a few counseling sessions with me in the beginning.
I used to get all worked up and you just maintain your calm, cool and collected. I remember telling you, oh, Craig, I wanna, you have to teach me your ways. I remember that too.
So look, I'll share one thing because the same thing happened with me. And I get this feedback after somebody's first session quite often. It's the single most common answer to how was that after your first session that I get.
And that is, I had no idea how unrested I was. I had no idea what real relaxation feels like because you are ushered into the depth of that. Now, we met, what would you say four years ago? Yeah, almost four and a half.
Right, whatever it was. So I already had access to this technology for four or five years. And I was just a little bit ahead of you, that's all.
And look, our company's not perfect. Our manufacturing process is always getting better. And by the way, the stack that you put together with near infrared and red light and the intensity of those lights and their proximity, it really had not been done before.
It certainly hadn't been studied before. And yeah, we had some things we needed to design and redesign in order to help you in your stack and the way that you were pulling these technologies together and merging them. And yeah, we had some problems in the beginning.
And I'm the first one to tell you, we're not perfect. And I'm going to support you. I'll tell you something else I'm rolling out right now.
Lifetime warranty. Wow. This is going to be, it's the first time I even said the words out loud.
I just got chills. Yeah. Lifetime warranty, why? Because I believe in my product and I stand behind it.
And you're obviously a testament to that. And we will work with you and I will replace it. And I will replace the entire bed if I have to.
Electronics is not perfect. Shipping things all over the world and all over the United States is not perfect. Things break, I'll fix it.
So we stand behind our product. So we are shifting to a lifetime warranty. I'm also shifting to 100 day, to 100 day return policy as well.
As long as you're using the product and there's some nuance to that. But yeah, we're making some sweeping changes to really speak to the premium product that we have. And the experience.
And you were unhappy and rightfully so. You just made a huge investment. You're starting to see progress.
All of a sudden a transducer is not working right. And I do stay cool, calm and collected. I do speak in a very calm voice.
And I do tell you that, look, Louis, I know we're just getting to know each other, but I stand behind my product. We will fix it. I need to troubleshoot a little bit.
I need you to be patient and I appreciate that. And we'll make it right. And here we are, five sound lounges later, running perfect and rocking and rolling.
And God knows you use these things on a regular basis. Yeah. And they're packed and they're busy and they're running all day, day after day, week after week.
So, yeah. Anything you wanna say on that? Well, and you know, it's funny cause back when all that was going on, again, I understand other businesses. I know logistics and shipping and I know things are out of your hands.
And so, but I was getting worked up because I was just so passionate about like what we were doing and the people that were coming. But I think you remember, I was running those beds, those sound lounge ones. I was running those, I forget the, how many? You were running them at an eight or a nine.
I mean, you had them cranked. I was running 80%. I think this was, we just went by percentage.
This is 50, this is 60, this is 70. We ran 80% on those beds. And listen, the sessions were amazing.
Well, by itself, that necessarily wasn't a huge issue. I think there was an issue with the transducer or something that rattled loose. But running a session at that 85% on those first beds wasn't as much as the problem, as was the distance and the intensity of the red light that we were running while that transducer was at 85%.
And as you know, we burnt up, I think two or three beds. During sessions, we smell smoke and I'm like, what's going on? And then you actually came down and I think, that's right, you came down for a few days and we stayed in my clinic and we looked at it. And I think that's when we determined that, hey, this near infrared is at 100%.
And while those transducers are turned up that high, the heat that was being generated. And so we were also using some copper blankets and some other things to amplify signals. And we had to realize that it was too much.
And so it took about a year, we finally dialed it in to where I am confident, we're all confident here that we have the right strength, the right force of mechanotransduction that doesn't interfere with the bioelectric signaling from the low intensity PMF coil. And then the right distance and intensity of the light to penetrate all the way through the cell. And so three different angles of penetration while you're grounded with oxygen coming in.
So if the person makes the right lifestyle changes, again, it's like it's the cell turnover rate, like your liver turns over every so many months, your stomach does five days, your skin cells turn over every 30 days, your red blood cells turn over 120 days. So what is the input for 120 days before the life or five days or 30 days? What does the input look like during that life of the cell? And so when the old cell dies off and the new cell comes in, if you are doing the right things, then the epigenetic, the gene expression from that moment is whatever you've been consistently putting in and on the body and repeatedly thinking. So that new cell comes in and it doesn't know any differently.
And so we teach people that you gotta ride it out, you gotta look at the life cycle of the cell, of the organ that you are trying to make better. And that's how long we have to stay the course with the right, what to eat, when to eat it, and then the timing of the frequency strikes. And so- I literally listen to you talk all day.
It's been amazing. And so I wanna share this a little bit, but I don't know. So, you know, our nurse practitioner for a while, we had a physician in her network that was okay with psychedelics and doing some ketamine.
Well, that was a huge thing for some of our clients. And unfortunately, we don't have that support right now, but I'm gonna give you a secret order of things. It's ketosis, neuroplasticity, peptide, and frequency.
And that's your window right there if you want to change gene expression, or if you wanna create new endogenesis, new pathways and new habits. That's the window. That's the order, is ketosis, neuroplasticity, peptide, which is the written instructions, and then the frequency, which is the frequency strike, which could ultimately activate the peptide.
I don't hear a lot of people talking about this, but peptides only work when they bind to the right receptor. It's a frequency strike. It's a charge that, it's redox.
Everything in the body. It's everything in the body. It's protons, neutrons, electrons, and these bonds that are being made, they're biochemical bonds, and you need the right frequency on several different levels in order for that to happen.
It's so important. Carry on. You got a couple of minutes left.
Yeah, yeah, we use that. We use the term electromagnetic biophotonic medicine. And people are like, well, what is that? And I go, go to Google, go to chat, go to Yahoo, go to any search bar you want and type in, is the body electromagnetic and biophotonic? And it says, yes.
And then it explains the body's electrophoresis chemical. It runs on this and this and this. And so people are always like, wow.
And so I don't think I coined the phrase EBM or electromagnetic biophotonic medicine, but that's what the body is. And so that's where we start working with people as far as whatever their health issues are. It starts with the fundamentals of the body being in a relaxed state in that parasympathetic maintenance mode state.
And then you start to feed it in that sequence that you talked about and magic begins to unfold. Louie, I gotta hop. I have another recording coming up in a few minutes.
I could talk to you for hours and days and I look forward to that. I'm so grateful for our partnership, for our friendship, our brotherhood. And thank you for taking some time with me.
I really appreciate you. Yeah, no, thank you for having me and we'll see you in a few weeks, right? Absolutely. I'll be out August 13th to the 16th.
This will be up by then. We'll be speaking at the super seminar and I'm honored to see you. Stick around for a minute.
I'm gonna end the recording. Thank you so much. Thank you.
