In this episode of **The Shaman Stories Podcast**, Jeremy sits down with **Craig Goldberg**, relaxation expert, certified vibroacoustic therapy practitioner, co-founder of inHarmony Interactive, and author of *Finding Your Frequency*.

Many of them have different durations, 11 minutes, 22 minutes, 33 minutes, 44 minutes, 66 minutes. I absolutely like the numerology. But they go from two minutes to two hours. And you can't really overdo it. You can induce different physiological responses in the body if you do overdo it. Flu-like symptoms, detox pathway symptoms, that sort of thing, right? The standard kind of human experience stuff. You could detox faster than your detox pathways can detox you. And you might get a rash or break out or get a low-grade fever or sniffles or runny nose, right? It's rare, but it's possible. There's certainly contraindications and you can go to my website and you can take a look, just search contraindications and you'll find a page dedicated to what you need to look out for, what you want to talk to your doctor about, what you want to look out for. But 22 minutes is kind of the sweet spot. You can get benefit in less. And plenty of people do. I know people that have done our two minute and 22 second told me to change their lives. I'm very fortunate. I cannot even tell you how many people I get to talk to that they will introduce themselves to me in public. I don't know who they are. And they will say, you're Craig Goldberg. And I'll say, yeah. They'll say, you're In Harmony, your company. And I'll say, yeah. And they'll say, you've changed my life. Thank you. And they'll go on to tell me the story as to what impact our technology has had on them. And I feel incredibly grateful to be able to have that kind of impact on folks. And it's not about buying my technology, please. You can go to my YouTube channel and you can stream our music meditations, extended music meditations for free. There's 15 of them. They're 11 hours long. I recommend playing that through your Sonos. I have a Sonos sound system. Play it through a Bluetooth speaker. Play it through headphones. Play it through the speaker on your phone. You can download our app. It's $8 a month. It's $80 a year. And that works too. But you can search for us on Spotify and whatever you stream. And you'll find some of our music meditations. But most of our music meditations are available in our app. Okay, interesting. And you mentioned doing that while meditating. There's many different types of meditation. Are you just kind of just being with the energy? Are you thinking about something? Doing a mantra? Thinking about something you need to let go? Just curious how different people meditate, to be honest. There are many different ways to get into a meditative state, meditative state. However, at the end of the day, sleep and meditation is nothing more than a conscious perception of a slower brainwave state. All you're doing when you're meditating is helping the brain to slow down. If you put on an EEG, an echoencephalograph, it looks like a swim cap with 19 markers on it that are testing how fast the synapses are firing in the brain. That's all we're talking about when we talk about a slower brainwave state. How fast are the synapses firing to a different region in the brain which controls a different aspect of your human experience? All meditation is is slowing of those synapses firing from beta, eyes open, processing the world around you, into alpha, theta, delta, and up into gamma. And each of those brainwave states have a different association with a different restoration and different brain activity, different human perception of an experience. Sound and vibration harmonizes both hemispheres of the brain and it entrains you into a deeper meditative state.
