This is the InHarmony podcast. Real conversations with the people living and working with our technology, how it's changing their days, their families, their practices, and their communities. Hosted by our co-founder, Craig Goldberg.
Ladies and gentlemen, this is an honor. I've been thinking about the words that I use to describe the gentleman I'm going to introduce you to right now, Mr. Al Luckett, a DJ, a musical phenom, and a dear friend over the last four years. Gosh, how long we've been talking? Five years.
You're an original backer of our six years, our meditation cushion, and the Indiegogo campaign that we did. And this, I think this is a perfect example of what this technology has done for me. And that's the point of this entire exercise of launching this InHarmony podcast is to fleece out and talk about how our technology impacts the world.
And one of the things I don't get to talk about very often is how it impacts me, not from just using it, but from creating this incredible community. And when I think back on all the messages and all the conversations that I've had, there's one that stands out the most, and that is you, my brother. And this beautiful friendship that has developed around our technology.
Al, you've been in my home, you've traveled across the pond, you're based in the UK, you have a multitude of InHarmony products. And it all started with the technology and the meditation cushion. So thank you.
Thank you for being here. Thank you for sharing. I love you and I appreciate you.
Welcome to the InHarmony podcast. Pleasure to talk to you. We've talked so many times about, there's so much to say, there's so much gratitude, there's so much fun, and there's so much gratitude and everything that's going on with InHarmony.
And I'm just glad to have met you when I did. Take me back to that. Take me back to that.
Like where, look, and I know how emotional this is and I understand the questions that I'm asking and I appreciate your vulnerability. But take me back to where you were in your life when you founded InHarmony and how our conversations first started and where you are and what you were looking for. So my late wife, Sash, bless her soul, she's an angel in heaven now.
We were in Sedona and we were over there for some therapy, which it was like light therapy. And she would stand in front of these tubes and and get the therapy 20 minutes a day. And it was really advanced and it would get inside her to draw the toxins out, which, you know, obviously we all know that the big C can affect.
And, you know, she's in there, she's having a treatment. It was amazing to see her already sweating after a few minutes. And I sort of walked around and popped my head through this door and I saw this weird shaped bed.
And I thought kind of new. I was like, that's a and I kind of looked at it and then then I didn't say anything because there was no one in there. And then Sash went in the next day and bumped into Tim.
I think it's Tim who ran the studio in Sedona, was it? And she got the information. So I dropped her off because she was there six weeks doing the fluorescent light therapy and I got her into a she was Christian. So I got her into a Christian community and she sat there and she had six weeks on her own.
But she did this therapy and she got me some info. And then I went to grab her from the airport and she walked to the airport. She goes, oh, you know, that thing, the bed that you said it was.
I've set you up with an interview with the managing director of the company because I think you guys would get on. And I was like, OK, wicked. And then we had our chat and then it was, you know, so that's where I had my first touch and sight of the.
Which is what I bought this year. And one of the reasons why I went for that product was because of the tie to first seeing it. It was like, yeah, I want all the products, you know, gravity chair one day will be sat in my room looking at the stars and that's going to happen.
It will happen. But, you know, so I get back. We have the interview.
I tell you that I've been into putting speakers under my bed when I was like 14 because I wanted to feel Pink Floyd and I wanted to feel Jefferson Airplane or whoever I was listening to. And my mates used to come around and we used to feel music. Then the racing.
Then I'm standing next to sub base bins. My friend used to. He still does.
He made sound systems for big communities, pineapple tribes, Stern's nightclub, big nightclubs. Even the yardies of London were buying rigs off him for making reggae stuff. And, yeah, so I would get inside his basement and my friend and I team would be inside the bin curling around the shell that it was made from and we would feel the base.
And I just got the we started chatting about frequencies and I knew that, you know, some certain weird frequencies and we've been dealing with a bit of technology and tens machines that, you know, all sorts of weird things that vibrate. And it just all came together in about the first 10 minutes we started chatting. And I thought, I need to know this guy for the rest of my life.
Because and then and then I got the time. I felt about you, by the way. Yeah, I know.
I know. And I felt that through, you know, I got used to video calling back then. It was and I am now.
I wasn't then. And, you know, it was comfortable. It was groovy.
And then I started and then, of course, my wife passed. But I wasn't scared because I'd already started the grief. I'd already started the grief track that you guys produced.
And I swear and I will hold my hands up that that's where the church of In Harmony started for me because it was belief in knowing that I could ignite something inside me to release me, to enable me to stop this not feeling what had happened to me. And then it took me through the grief process. And then, you know, mom and then my brother and then my dad went.
But I felt safe through it because of the I just knew that there was this thing that's been there for thousands of years, helping people now at my fingertips. And I and I'm on it every day. And by the way, I'm addicted and I don't want any therapy to get off it.
I put my hand up and say that out loud. And I'm not getting off this. That's that's the story.
And obviously, knowing what it's done for me, my friends, I you know, if a friend comes to me and says, oh, then you have to say, oh, and I go, come see me. And I looked after a DJ from the radio station this week. He's had to take a step back and he's just all confused.
And it's his, you know, the cup's full. He hasn't got any room to think about stuff. And the bed this week, the walk in the bed just gave him, I know, even just five percent back that allowed him to think about what the situation he was in.
And now he can deal with it because we've raised the vibration. And just I mean, how much do you want from me, Craig? You said you got some questions. It would probably be more beneficial for everybody.
Sure. Your your your dedication to using our technology through what what is unexplainable and and terrible experiences and to be able to find the light. It's it's part of this beautiful feedback loop that I get on a regular basis with our technology when I talk to over the last 10 years.
And the feedback that I get of the impact that our technology has, obviously touches me. It's why we do it. We do this for impact.
I use the technology on a regular basis. You're using the technology on a regular basis. Now you've built a business around it and you have the sound lounge one, a massage table, the meditation, two meditation cushions.
You've you've introduced us to a number of different distributors and affiliates rather around the UK and in Europe. You do the IFA. You're you're traveling back and forth to Ibiza.
And and seeing the the great praises of our company, I am eternally grateful for all that you do for us. I'll say it on camera. I'll say it off camera.
We trade. You send me messages about your walks and your hikes and your travels. And, you know, again, it's it's something that this technology has has brought two incredible humans together that are on a similar quest to touch the world, to make the world a better place.
And it's one of the things that I absolutely love, not just about the impact this technology has on others and you, but when this technology gets turned on and you start using it, you begin to attract these amazing people. And it's not just me. It's our affiliates that are attracting incredible humans.
Your conversations with Tim, your conversations with a half a dozen other people in the UK that have found me. And the first person I introduce them to is you to say, hey, Al's in Farnham. Go see him.
And it's really it's really something beautiful. And and you've sent me pictures of this incredible home that you've created. And walk me through what is what does a session look like for you? I know you use the technology on a regular basis and they range, but what is a typical if there is one session look like for you? The first thing is is the the atmosphere.
OK, so you're walking into my therapy room. It's beautiful. Thank you.
Who made that space available? And they walk in and they want to feel comfortable. It's a beautiful room. It's very light colors.
It's you know, it's very kind of like I'd say beige and orange. I like orange. It's happy.
Look at that logo right there on your chest. I get it. Oh, hello.
It's my favorite. It's one of my favorite colors is safety orange. So yeah, right there with you.
Yeah, I liked it so much. I sent you one. So we'll see.
So basically, the first law for me is to listen, is to listen, is to listen and losing using the tech for so long. I trained to be a level two counselor now and that enables me in the UK to be able to listen. You can't just start getting open therapy rooms and you can't just get someone in without having to explain a little bit about it.
And that means I have to talk to them in the UK. They like us to go through a couple of sort of like exams, you know, and then you have a certificate that says, OK, you can listen to someone. I don't need to talk back to them because the technology does it.
It's brilliant. It's hands off. I don't really want to get involved mentally in someone's thought processes because that's theirs and talk therapy is not not what I trained to do.
I'm now trained to be able to listen to someone. I'm still waiting to do your court, by the way, which I'm really excited about doing. And you know what? I'm going to fly over and do it there because it would be just me.
You know, I came to get a bed. I know you have a guest room here. Absolutely.
So I want to come over and do that. So I'm going to do that. But then and then we talk about what's going on.
The greatest thing I have is the banner, the banner with just what the different frequencies sort of kind of feel like. And I say, what are you feeling like today? The first one I like to do the shock reset. It's kind of like, well, let's get you reset.
Let's let's just give you a quick like, you know, going to have a shower. What is the same thing? Brush your teeth. Let's have a shock reset and then we can start with a bit of alignment before we dig into what which area would you like to work on? I use the chakra map on that to show them it's nice and big.
And I say, look, if they're not into shockers, then it's still a map of energy points in the body, which we know that's scientifically proven. So they'll go, oh, you know, I just can't sleep or doing this. All that.
So look at that. Look there. Look at that one.
Oh, look. Oh, yeah. I've had an opera.
Oh, look, five to eight. Oh, look. Oh, oh, look at that.
Oh, I'm good. Oh, you bit fuzzy. Oh, I'm connected.
You know, so you just kind of listen. I would say I was in sales for a long time and I never really sold anything. All I did was gave the customer what they asked for.
And that's kind of my policy with this. And I really honestly have not had one person that hasn't gone. That.
And it's it's just that moment when they come off and they and they it's what they don't say is so important because they're just speechless. And this is, you know, if I haven't got paying clients, I'll go grab a mate and say, get on because I need it's like this. I'm an evangelistic in harmony promoter in that sense of in the best format, guys, you know, so that's so, yeah, then we have the session and I read a book.
You know, I'm on Carl Cox's. Yes. Yes.
At the moment, which is, by the way, fabulous and it takes us back to the rave scene, you know, and yet so I read and then I know when it's finishing and I'll check and there'll be a I'll burn some incense in there. Normally, dragon's blood, if it's a man and white sage for a lady, it kind of works that way. I don't know why.
Just like that. That's beautiful kind of thing. And then when they come around, I always slowly I signpost them.
I talk to them about some breathworks because I know that sometimes your mind can wander a bit and that's fine. And I tell them that's fine. And then the actual fact they could probably talk to me while they're having their treatment because the way this technology works is it works anyway.
You don't actually have to even believe it works. It does, which is and that's the power of it. It's a bit like people say, you know, God is love.
If you know, if you're a Christian or any sort of, you know, look up and go, you've never felt any love like God loves you. But, you know, even if you think you're not loved, you are loved. This is what this technology is working, whether you think it's not or not so.
But it's nice. So they go away and they have their little trip out on it and they come around and I always tell them that I will take the headphones off and then a nice big sigh at the end, which helps get rid of stuff that doesn't serve them and stuff because you're having a cleanse, remember? And then they just open their eyes and then we talk and I write down what they've had. And that's when they normally say, when can I come back? It's a draw or it's a beautiful thing.
We talk about the Egyptians and how they used vibration, you know, we can't imagine how they use vibration and it's now our fingertips and now we're able to help people. FDA appreciation. Wow.
I want NHS in this country and I'm going to do whatever I can to get that. We'll get there. FDA registration here in the United States and and eventually we will get to clearance and approval and that will spread to other countries.
And the UK is on the list for sure. The EU for sure. Canada.
Getting trainers ready for the action, man. It's awesome. Well, I certainly love and appreciate you.
I'll wrap up with this. If there's somebody that is thinking about in harmony technology, thinking about working with us, thinking about making the investment, what message would you have for them? You're joining a family of people who generally care and wish to have a good life, be rewarded for that, for that, you know, you're going to give someone pleasure from the technology you're going to sell them or or operate with them. You're going to get rewarded from in harmony because I know your point of view is the love of this technology.
Join the family, be a part of it. And you're just this you're you're you're you're in that vibration that's raising the world's vibration. Just like the rave scene.
If you were a raver, you help to push the rave scene. If you join this. I was a raver, and it's one of the things that we have because I was sitting in the speakers at Twylo in New York City at 18 and while Sasha and Digweed were doing their thing and I was and I would literally I would literally sit in the speakers.
So there's a lot there's a lot to be said there. And by the way, throughout our entire network of users, affiliates, app users, there's these I talk about it a lot as being a club kid from New York. And people talk about it all the time in the rave scene.
And it's just a really beautiful correlation for music lovers and sound lovers to now translate into this healing modality in our wisdom years. No doubt. Al, thank you so much for sharing a little bit.
We could talk for hours. I want to do this again. I love you too, mate.
Stick around for a second. I want to say I want to I want to chat with you for a moment. All right, all right.
Thank you. Peace out. Thanks for spending time with us on the InHarmony podcast.
