This is the InHarmony podcast. Real conversations with the people living and working with our technology. How it's changing their days, their families, their practices, and their communities.
Hosted by our co-founder, Craig Goldberg. What's happening, beautiful humans? Unite! I am here with Tiffany, who is absolutely spectacular. And I am excited to continue down this path of sharing with you the stories, the impact, and the way that our technology is used.
And this is a little bit of a unique story in that Tiffany and I met through Vision Espresso, one of our incredible partnerships, and a community that Nico has built. Community, I'll say it again, community. A little bit of a running joke inside our incredible gathering of superhumans.
Tiffany has her own podcast, and we've been following along, listening, and watching as you've really grown a tremendous amount and committed yourself to doing what I'm now doing, which I think is awesome. And what makes this even more unique is that you've been using the InHarmony Music Meditations app. So, take me back to where you were, and you were introduced to it through Vision Espresso, but take me back to where you were before you met our app, before you used our app, before... And walk me through what that looked like to find us, start using us, and then we'll get into how you use it and that sort of thing.
And thank you for being here. Okay. Well, thank you for having me.
I appreciate it. My pleasure. So, I love listening to music.
A little backstory, I used to play the piano when I was younger, and I love, like, I can find keys in my head, and the key C and the key E, and seeing different tunes, I can probably come up with a tune and then try to craft it on the piano, or at least I used to be able to do that on the piano. I haven't played for a long time. And I have a consistent musical note in my head all the time, and so I also move to, like, rhythm and music.
I just can't shut it off. And so, where I was before that, I didn't really have any particular music, per se, such as yours that I was listening to. I had experience listening to, like, what's called The Key of David on, like, YouTube, that kind of stuff.
I think it's 444. Sure. So, and then there are certain tunes that were just, like, off.
But, so, I knew, and I love to listen to music and things that settle my brain and my mind and my body and help me to get out of whatever chaos is running around me and just be able to tune in, put on those headphones, and shut everything out. And so, yeah, we met in the Nico's Vision Espresso community, and I met you through there on a call that we had, and you were talking about music. And I don't remember what I did.
I just know that I went searching for whatever link you provided, and then I saw that there's an app, and I saw how ridiculously priced it is, and I said, I'm in. It's, like, the best, like, $7, $8 of my life. I really appreciate that.
Yeah, you're welcome. But each song has a frequency in there that, like, something that I love is the descriptions that run across the screen as you're listening to the whole song because you're like, what the heck does this do? And what the heck does this do? What am I supposed to get from this? And so I'm a researcher, so I remember even using ChatGPT, and I guess it knows about you because I'm like, what does this particular song do? And so it would tell me, and I'm like, oh. So then I created a playlist in there, and then I saw you have newer songs that you add, so I started listening to those.
But, yeah, now it just quiets my mind, and I can focus, and I feel more in my own zone, my own rhythm. And, yeah, it's just, I have some of my favorites, though. Yeah, if you want to share some and you have them offhand, you certainly can.
That's awesome. No pressure, but it's all good. One of my favorite ones is the Walking Each Other Home.
Oh, yeah. Yeah, there's something in that one. So that was a live recording of Anthony, who makes all of our music, and his brother Brent.
That was a sound healing that they did in person, sound bath they did in person. And then we took the recording, put vibroacoustic therapy frequencies behind it, and it's one of my favorites also, 96 minutes for the full experience. I get body work to that all the time.
Yeah, it has a very cool rhythm and tone. There's certain parts where, you know, in certain songs, it has like that sharp, we'll call it arpeggio, where it kind of sounds like it's off key, but it's not, and then it goes back into the smooth, and I'm like, okay, this is my jam. This part right here.
You do a lot with syncopation and isochronic tones, different frequencies. I mean, there's a lot musically that goes into each one of these music meditations, and Brent's voice is angelic in a lot of ways, and he hits those high notes, high frequencies, and Anthony does as well. They're really beautiful to listen to.
It's really quite special and spectacular. It's awesome. Yeah, Gratitude, I believe it's one of the newer ones, and something I am, it's on my phone, so I can't look, but I Am Love, I want to say that one.
I Am Pure Love, absolutely. Yes. Yep, it's awesome.
My newer favorite one is the Gratitude one because it has like a melody that's just, it changes how I look at things, and I'll listen to it at work, at my desk, because I'm surrounded by a ton of negativity, so I'm like, ah. It's such a great application. Look, I open up my app, and I listen to it as well as our YouTube extended music meditations that I've downloaded to my YouTube account, but I'll listen to it while I'm walking through the airport.
I'll listen to it while I'm working on a monotonous task. I keep them running here in my home through my Sono system throughout the entire house if my family doesn't lower it or turn it off by accident, which they have a history of doing. It's interesting.
I have a T-shirt that says, if you don't like the smell of my sage, it's for you. Sometimes I feel like even with our frequencies, and my parents are using the technology almost every day. They're under the red light.
They're on the vibroacoustic therapy. My mom loves Breath of the Wind in our app, which is very shamanic, and I don't even know if she knows how shamanic it really is and where it comes from and who's playing the music. He's a flute player from Ayahuasca and medicine circles.
Very, very powerful and incredible healer. There's a lot of rich history behind that music meditation, as there is on many of them. We just did seven days live with Joanna Tarnava, and seven days in a row, we're up to 269 music meditations in our app, which is bananas.
Then we just listed two more from Vianna Stivel, who is the creator of Theta Healing, which is an entire practice and modality that I've been studying for five years. She started working with us two and a half years ago. She found us totally separate.
I didn't reach out to her. I wasn't telling her about it. She just found us through our marketing.
I saw her make her purchase. I know she's in Montana. I'm like, how many Vianna Stivel's could there be in Montana? Not many.
Then sure enough, she applied to be an affiliate. I was like, here's what I do, and I just replied back with my advanced beginner books. I'm like, I know exactly who you are.
What an honor it is. Vianna just released two more music meditations in our app that are very, very powerful meditations to get you into a theta brainwave very, very quickly. Anyway, lots of newness, lots of beautiful and wonderful things.
Have you shared our app with anybody? Is there anybody that you've shared our music meditations with? Just curious. I have not yet. Right on.
It's kind of like my best kept secret. Plant the seed. My daughter loves my technology.
She loves our music meditations, friends, family, that sort of thing. Obviously, it's my job to share it. Just curious if anybody else has ended up using it in your presence.
They have not, but actually, yes, I have told people about it. Cool. I really appreciate that.
If somebody was considering downloading our app, if they were considering using our music meditations, what message would you have for them? Oh. You know, music has a powerful way of healing, directing our thoughts, gets us, like, it's the frequency of music that can change our focus, what we're thinking about, even like how we see ourselves. I mean, music, because if you think about it, a lot of music out there, like a lot of people don't hear the words, right? But they hear the frequency and the beat.
But here, you get to hear, like, everything without the, you know, there's a lot of crap music out there with a great frequency and a great beat, but the words, but here, it's just, I can't explain it other than why wouldn't you want to do it? Why wouldn't you want to download it? I love that. Look, our entire record label and music approach is about calming and relaxing the nervous system. That shows up in our lives in so many different ways, in support, in feeling loved, in reflecting on tough situations in a better light.
It kind of helps us to be a better human, which in turn reflects better humanism back to us. And it really does have a powerful impact on our day-to-day and our outlook of our day-to-day. And I love that you use our app by itself.
I love that, first of all, you send the most amazing messages to me, and I am so grateful every single time I read them. And I'm always quick to reply, or as quick as I can be to reply. And, oh, it's so awesome.
Why don't you give a quick spot for your podcast and point people towards where they can find more from you and what you're creating online? Oh, yes. I'm on every platform out there, Apple, Spotify, and ones I couldn't even tell you because it's everywhere. It's called Energy First Leadership Studio.
Yes. What can people expect on your podcast? They can expect a reclamation to return to who they are, without the masks, without self-abandonment, without putting themselves last, ditching the expectations that have been placed onto them. And they'll find that they're going to start implementing things because testimonials, people have implemented and they've done the work and things have shifted in their lives.
Like one person, he's actually my nephew, but Isaiah Shaw, he just started listening to my podcast that I know of in February of this year. And he said that he had been working towards becoming a head chef for 10 years and that he started listening to my podcast, applying what he was listening to, and he became a head chef. And his life is changing.
And I was like, what? So I'm just here using my big mouth for good. Impact. It's so awesome.
Look, it's one of the reasons why I love your messages because you're telling me like, hey, I'm listening to your music. It's changed this and that. It's what led to this conversation.
And those are the messages that light me up that I get to then relay to our team that helps me to do everything. And I'm fortunate enough that I get these messages quite often. I'm grateful for them when they come in.
And I share them with the team to be like, okay, this is the impact that we're having. And that beautiful reflection that you got on the impact that you've had on his life and the sweat and tears and effort that goes into creating and putting yourself out there and having these conversations to get that feedback that it's having impact. You probably don't even need anybody else to kick back any feedback.
You're like, cool, that's a win. I'm done. I'm going to keep going.
I don't need anything more. And yet there are countless others that have been listening to your content that haven't spoken out, that don't know you personally, that don't know how to get in touch with you. And I think that's the beautiful world that we live in today with this interconnectedness and the benefits of social media and all these different distribution models and the ability for us to put out content.
I think it's really beautiful, really wonderful and absolutely amazing. Tiffany, I am so grateful for you. Thank you for taking some time with our audience.
And stick around. Thank you. Thank you.
I hope you have a spectacular day. You're so welcome. You too.
