I have been using the inHarmony meditation cushion for over two months now and I find using it absolutely wonderful. The sounds and vibrations are an incredible aid in helping me to go deeper into my meditation. I have only scratched the surface of all of the different sound tracks, and I look forward to experiencing the effects of this Vibroacoustic therapy going forward. This is a fantastic product. I wish I had known about it sooner.
