David Meltzer's late-night entrepreneurial show Office Hours on AppleTV will include a special Executive Spotlight interview with Co-Founder Craig Goldberg from inHarmony. Craig is featured on Season 4 Episode 6 and Season 5 Episode 4.



This show will be available in more than 100+ countries around the world. Filming at the Blue Wave Studio inside the Wynn in Las Vegas brought together an amazing cast of thought leaders, entrepreneurs, celebrities, athletes, and entertainers to share their insights on dealing with success, failure, and everything in between.

Everyone loved spending time on the inharmony Sound Lounge before and after filming. It was a blessing to bring relaxation and balance to everyone on set.

Awareness, mindfulness, and vibrations are interconnected concepts that are crucial for living a happy and fulfilled life. These concepts can be difficult to define and understand, but they all play a vital role in our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

  1. Awareness: Most easily understood as being present in the moment and understanding what is happening around you. It is the ability to observe our thoughts, feelings, and actions while being aware of those same things from people around us. Awareness is crucial because it allows us to make conscious decisions. When we are aware, we can recognize our strengths and weaknesses, and we can use that knowledge to make positive choices. One way to increase awareness is through meditation, especially when using an inHarmony product, such as the Sound Lounge 2, Practitioner 2, Massage Table, or Meditation Cushion.
  2. Mindfulness: The practice of being fully present and engaged in the moment. When we practice mindfulness, we are better able to manage stress and anxiety, improve our relationships, and increase our overall well-being. One way to practice mindfulness is to engage in activities that require focus and attention, such as yoga or cooking. By focusing our attention on the task at hand, we can quiet our minds and become more aware of our surroundings.
  3. Vibrations: This refers to the energy that surrounds us and the impact that energy has on our well-being. Everything in the universe vibrates at a certain frequency, including our thoughts and emotions. When we are in a positive state, we emit positive vibrations, and when we are in a negative state, we emit negative vibrations.

    It is important to be aware of our vibrations because they impact the energy of those around us. When we emit positive vibrations, we attract positive energy, and when we emit negative vibrations, we attract negative energy. By focusing on positive thoughts and emotions, we can raise our vibrations and attract positive energy into our lives.
