Can I play other music besides the music available in the inHarmony app with my inHarmony products?

You can listen to anything you want through the inHarmony Products, though we recommend using our inHarmony Music Meditations App as there is a library of music created specifically for inHarmony products. You can experience over 200 tracks specifically made to activate our technology!

What materials is the cover of the inHarmony products? Is it vegan?

The inHarmony Meditation Cushion as well as all of our inHarmony products are covered in vegan leather, also called polyurethane leather.

Can I use essential oils with my inHarmony products?

The inHarmony Sound Lounge and inHarmony Practitioner come with straps to synch them down, also the inHarmony Practitioner comes with a bag. The inHarmony Meditation Cushion has a handle built in. 

Does the inHarmony Meditation Cushion come with headphones?

Headphones are not included. You can use any headphones with a 3.5mm connection. We have found many of our customers prefer different types of headphones. The inHarmony Meditation Cushion has speakers built in. 

What kind of headphones can I use?

You can use any headphones with a 3.5mm connection with your inHarmony Mediation Cushion.

Can I use Bluetooth headphones with my inHarmony Meditation Cushion?

The answer is no, they're a few factors that affect this. Hereis a more detail explanation for this question.

Is there a weight limit on the inHarmony products?

  • inHarmony Sound Lounge: There is no official weight limit on the inHarmony Sound Lounge mattress, it’s foam material. The inHarmony Sound Lounge base has a 350 pound max weight recommendation.

  • inHarmony Meditation Cushion: We really haven’t found a weight limit. It’s more about comfortability. As long as the user can cross their legs and sit on the cushion, they should be good to go. It’s built sturdy and touch with a wooden frame.

  • inHarmony Practitioner: Made of foam and does not have a weight limit. The weight limit is more about what you’re putting it on; as in the massage table or platform.

Can I put a sheet over my inHarmony Practitioner?

Yes, a sheet is thin and will not dampen the vibratory experience at all.

How do I access the inHarmony Music Meditations app?

You can download the inHarmony Music Meditation App from the Apple or Google Play Store.

Can I use the inHarmony products without the Music Meditations app?

Yes, the inHarmony furniture can be used with any music. However, the transponders only respond to certain sound ranges, typically lower bass.

While any music can be played through the cushion, we cannot guarantee a strong vibrational effect which is why we created the app with a library of tracks that were created specifically for our technology. The music in the app creates a unique vibroacoustic experience.

Do you need Wifi to use the Music Meditations app?

No. The app is designed to run in airplane mode. Since we're a subscription service, you will need to get online once a week to authenticate your subscription.

Where do you ship?

We ship anywhere in the world. Shipping is calculated in real time through our website at checkout. If you find a location that is not calculating at checkout, please email us at help@iaminharmony.com and we will give you a quote manually. 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at checkout. If at checkout you receive a message that we do not ship to your address, please email help@iaminharmony.com so we can quote you a shipping price.

When will the product ship?

When we're in stock, our products ship within 2-3 business days from placing your order. We ship from our warehouse located in Vista, CA. Depending on your location it can take 5-7 business days to arrive to you in the continental US. Shipping times vary based on your location, the time of year and the availability of our shipping partners; UPS, USPS, FedEx or a similar carrier. What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, Bread Financial, Click Lease, Money Orders sent to our office, PayPal and many more. Please add a product to the shopping cart on our website and your payment options will appear.

What is the refund policy?

We want you to try our products and we strive to make it as easy as possible to take home our products and try it out. Do I need batteries?

No, all inHarmony products are powered through a standard 120v/220v power cable.
