You can listen to anything you want through the inHarmony Products, though we recommend using our inHarmony Music Meditations App as there is a library of music created specifically for inHarmony products. You can experience over 200 tracks specifically made to activate our technology!
Essential oils are very powerful, but I would not recommend putting oils on your inHarmony products. You can surly use a diffuser, inHarmony does include EOs and a diffuser in our Wellness Suites.
There is no real weight limit on the inHarmony Sound Lounge mattress, it’s foam material. But the inHarmony Sound Lounge base has a 350 Pounds max weight recommendation.
Headphones are not included. You can use any headphones with a 3.5mm connection. We have found many of our customers prefer different types of headphones. The inHarmony Meditation Cushion has speakers built in.

Our inHarmony Practitioner is made of foam and does not have a weight limit. The weight limit is more about what you’re putting it on; as in the massage table or platform.
The BrainTap Headset it’s shipped from a different warehouse and it arrives separated from your inHarmony products, you will receive an email with the tracking number once the headset has been shipped.
Yes, of course. All inHarmony tech and all BrainTap headsets are compatible.
Once you acquire your Lifetime Access from our website:
1. You will be receiving a “Set My Password” link to this email to create a password for the app. Follow the link to create a password. Please check your spam folder for this email if you do not see it in your inbox.
3. Login with the credentials you just created and soak in the benefits of your inHarmony paired with the app.
If you had a payment subscription before, make sure to cancel it. If have any troubles receiving the initial “Set My Password” email or any other questions, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org

If you got the subscription from Android or iOS (Apple), you can follow these instructions:
- Open the Google Play app
- At the top right, tap the profile icon.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions - then Click Subscriptions
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel subscription.
For iPhone:1. Open the Settings app.2. Tap your name.3. Tap Subscriptions.4. Tap the subscription that you want to manage.5. Tap Cancel Subscription. (Or if you want to cancel Apple One but keep some subscriptions, tap Choose Individual Services.) If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.
The cushion only responds to certain sound ranges, typically lower bass. While any music can be played through the cushion, we cannot guarantee a strong vibrational effect which is why we created the app with a library of tracks that were created specifically for our technology. The music in the app creates a unique vibroacoustic experience.
Yes. The app is designed to run in airplane mode. Since we're a subscription service, you will need to get online once a week to authenticate your subscription, even with LifeTime Access.
We ship anywhere in the world. Shipping is calculated in real time through our website at checkout. If you find a location that is not calculating at checkout, please email us at email@example.com and we will give you a quote manually.

When we're in stock, our products ship within 2-3 business days from placing your order. We ship from our warehouse located in Vista, CA. Depending on your location it can take 5-7 business days to arrive to you in the continental US. Shipping times vary based on your location, the time of year and the availability of our shipping partners; UPS, USPS, FedEx or a similar carrier.
